Refund policy

Your satisfaction with our artwork is of utmost importance to us. Note that all of our work is made by hand, so the item that you receive may not be 100% identical to the picture on our website. We will create the work in the same style/color etc. as what is pictured, but we take pride in the fact that the artwork that you receive is truly unique. We are absolutely certain that you will be thrilled with the artwork and will realize that the pictures can't compare to the real thing!

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at erik@eriksinspiration.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent no later than 3 days after approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photos of the item and we will follow up with the next steps.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom items cannot be returned for a refund. If the item is damaged, please refer to the Damages and issues section.


Exchanges
If there is an issue with the item you receive, the best and easiest resolution is to request an even exchange. Please contact us with the nature of the issue and provide pictures. Once the return is accepted, we will send you a replacement. Please note that these are handmade items and each piece is unique, so a replacement may not be identical to the one being returned. Also depending on the complexity of the work, a replacement may take 1-3 weeks to create.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We are not responsible for delays in payment from your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
