Shipment Processing Time

Our process for creating these pieces is quite time consuming, but well worth the wait! Please communicate with us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs (e-mail is best).

Shipment processing time (Currently Available Items)

All orders are processed within 3 business days

Shipment processing time (Made to order and custom Items)

All items that are not on the Currently Available list are made to order. These items generally take 1 to 3 weeks to complete.

**Wholesale orders are dependent on agreement.

Domestic Shipping Policy

As indicated in “Erik’s Inspiration – Shipment Processing Time”, any delays in processing a shipment due to our schedules or availability of materials etc. will be communicated with you via e-mail.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather or any other conditions that are out of our control. Oversized custom orders and wholesale orders may require additional freight charges and will be communicated prior to purchase.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We will ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses; however, it is up to the recipient to determine if the P.O. boxes or APO/FPO boxes can accommodate the item and we assume no responsibility if they are unable to do so upon delivery.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will follow up with a shipment confirmation and order tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Erik’s Inspiration is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Erik’s Inspiration is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. We can provide insured shipping, but additional fees will be added to the purchase price. Please contact us if insurance is requested.

International Shipping Policy

We are happy to provide international shipping at a base rate of $120.00 USD. This is an estimated fee and we will do our best to provide the lowest shipping rate possible. For international express delivery, please contact us for pricing.
